Family: Mother Shyoban,
sister Vaughny, step-father Ysvelt
History: Koy was 5 years old when he and his mother were rescued by
Ysvelt, Lityan and Chaltyk. They were transported to Ryslen where his
mother and the other adults that escaped with them impressed flurry
dragons. After the dragons matured, they moved back to Syl'Neriss and
continued living on the Island of Lantessama.
Personality: Koy is a quiet young man. He enjoys spending time among his
tribesmates but has few social contacts with other islanders. He can often
be found thinking or reminiscing and needs his sister to light a fire
below his bottom to get him to move. He comes across as a bit clumsy and
socially awkward but if in need, he will speak up. At the start of the
story, he had yet to join a hatching to try and impress, which is why a
certain Laedrys felt she had to meddle.
Hobbies: Reading, writing, thinking.
Skills: plays the flute quite well, likes to tell stories.
Pets: Gingerbread Firelizard "Speculaas" (from Isla
Weyr)

HATCHING
After two days of glorious exploring of the winter market stalls and
picking up certain items and about a dozen more pets for the others, Koy
was summoned to attend the main event. He and Dreaem went to the
appropriate venue and started the waiting game.
It's maybe a good thing Koy is a quiet guy since the dragons hatching and
bonding were magical. All sorts and sizes, with vibrant colours or
mesmerizing patterns. Koy felt that Dreaem would not like him to ooh and
ah like some of the other attendants were doing.
After about half an hour a sudden icy, breezy feeling seemed to lodge in
the back of his mind. It wasn't a bad feeling per se, Koy felt his cheeks
heat and ducked a bit lower.
"There you are" a deep voice rumbled.
Startled, Koy looked up. You'd think he'd be accustomed to draconic mind
speech by now, but apparently he wasn't. Searching for the origin of the
voice, Koy find himself locking eyes with a pure-white, slender dragon.
"I think I'd like to visit this IceLand. Call me Yzel." the
dragon continued and then swished his tail and beckoned for Koy to follow
him to the waiting tables.

Color Information: White dragons are attracted by white magic,
stars, white crystals, such as quartz, and fairies. They live in very
secluded areas where not many people come. Usually these areas are high
centers of magic. Whites are quiet. They hardly ever speak, but they never
stray far from their bondmates. They have the power, it is said, to open
portals to other dimensions. They are also skilled white magic
users.
Type Information: Air dragons have large wings designed for lengthy
flights and have developed long, stream-lined bodies. They enjoy mountain
tops, cliffs, open castle towers, cloud cities, and open valleys. Air
dragons blow gust of air from their mouths; these gust can manifest as
fog, rain, hail, and simply heated gas. Some air dragons have been known
to breath lightning!
