Description: Sobrandiel has a rather dark skin for an ocean fae, but it compliments his dark brown hair and brown eyes. He has a narrow face with high cheekbones and defined chin. His face leans toward looking a bit sad or melancholic which gives others the impression that he is a wimp or wallflower. Sobrandiel gets cold easy and thus prefers wearing warmer/thicker fabrics.
Personality: Sobrandiel is neither a wimp nor a wallflower, but he also isn't a daredevil nor a social butterfly. He prefers to hang back in a crowd and to let others do the talking. He knows his skills lie in other places. He is a great judge of character and an apt planner. He can empathise and sympathise and really is the go-to guy when something needs to be done.
Short Bio: Sobrandiel grew up as the fifth child of nine. His parents love each other dearly and have instilled in him a confidence of being proud of who he is. They will respect his choices as he enters into the labyrinth though they actually worry that he is still very young to enter.

Hatching/Meeting
Over the past days they'd met a multitude of sea dragons, each different in some way. Many had gathered at Vallen Cove to lay their clutches. The humans, dragons, gryphons and sea dragons had ventured far and wide to look for bonders and apparently their arrival had been timed such that they too were eligible. The humming that suddenly expanded in the waters was the sign everyone was waiting for. It was time to gather around the eggs and cheer the hatchlings on. And if they were lucky, they might just bond.
Sobrandiel hovered near the surface, looking at both the humans rushing around on the beach as the underwater breathers in the waters of the cove. Dragons connected both worlds and it was heartening to see that there was no fighting among the hopeful bonders. As he was thinking so, a group of three small LochNex Lians flew his way and started swarming around his head that was only partly submerged.
A blue topaz-coloured female hovered overhead, lazily looking down at him.
"You're definitely mine!" she remarked in slow melodic words.
"He's mine too!" a bright blue sapphire male announced as he flew little circles around Sobrandiel.
A third, this one a jade green male, even dove down next to him and then too announced: "Yep, Mine!" with a happy mental burst.
Sobrandiel got a little cross-eyed until he finally gave up trying to follow all three of them. As the three individuals invaded his mind, he felt oddly relaxed that he probably would never have a quiet moment again.
"Nice to meet you, Lilt, Reel and Polka." he said.

Appearance: Loch Nex Mutt Females don't have any ridge or fins on their back. They have two wings, front paws and back flippers and a long tail. Their hides are not limited to blue/green/purple/grey like the LochNex, but span the spectrum of Lian colours, and then some.
     *Colour: Blue Topaz
     *Adult Size: 3 feet at the shoulder (taller at the hip)
Personality: Easygoing and Laidback, Lilt enjoys lazy mornings in bed/nest, going out for food and enjoying some surprise music.
Living Conditions: As at home in zero gravity as in water. Can swim/fly in ZG If there is atmosphere.

Appearance: LochNex Mutt Males have a long eel fin type crest from forehead to the spiked fan at their hips. They have two wings, front paws and back flippers and a long tail. Their hides are not limited to blue/green/purple/grey like the LochNex, but span the spectrum of Lian colours, and then some.
     *Colour: Sapphire
     *Adult Size: 3 feet at the shoulder (taller at the hip)
Personality: Outgoing and energetic, Reel enjoys being active and exploring new places. He loves dancing and singing, adding his roars to any music he likes.
Living Conditions: As at home in zero gravity as in water. Can swim/fly in ZG If there is atmosphere.

Swim
The three LochNex Lian siblings - or Cherubs as they'd been dubbed by some romantic soul at Vallen Cove- worked pretty well together. Lilt was the calmest of the bunch and she was also in charge as her two brothers seemed to be very happy to do things for the laziest of the bunch. Reel and Polka seemed to make everything a contest and that often ended in little matches that never did get a clear winner.
"I say I'm fastest!" Reel insisted.
"No, I am!" Polka retorted, "And I'm stronger!"
"No I'm the strongest!"
As the fight continued, Lilt got a bit bothered by the noise and the light blue female finally said: "How about we settle this once and for all?"
"How so?" the males asked.
"We find a place with like-sized dragons and you guys join a mating flight. Whoever claims the victory is better."
The boys of course had completely different tastes so this didn't quite work.
"Okay, whomever wins a flight first is the victor." Lilt finally settled the ensuing argument, "But I'm getting in on it too."
"How can you?" Reel asked.
"Yeah, you're a female." Polka stated the obvious.
"You boys have to win before my flight or else I'm the winner of this contest." Lilt said smugly.
