Cy Dragonstake 2

Raven held on to the two others as hard as he could. It wasn't much of a physical thing when transported. But he knew that if he let go of them they might fall.
Suddenly, way before they should have, the teleport window opened again and the three of them fell out. Right in the middle of a lake.
Raven swam to the shore and waited for the two others to catch up.
"What just happened here?" he asked.
"We are not on earth, that's for sure." Liv said looking at the strange plantlife.
"I say something went wrong... the instability of the planet maybe." Xander stated.
"I could have come up with that..." Raven said and waded out of the water.
"I just wonder if the others got here too." Liv said.
"I doubt it." Raven again
"Why not?"
"Their Telps weren't set for earth. They will be all scattered across the universe. Maybe even out of the Telp's range."
"So they could be lost?" Liv asked.
"Maybe. That only means it will take them longer to get back." Raven said.
Xander looked closely at the shapeshifter. He knew the man was keeping an uneasy truth from Liv. If the others had gotten to an uninhabited planet it could take years before anyone find them... if they were ever found at all. 
But Xander agreed with Raven, Liv shouldn't worry about it. The others were probably better off than them. They could be stuck on an uninhabited planet too.

"Hello!" a young girl interrupted their talk.
"So there is life." Xander said, making it sound like a dry statement of a scientist who was studying ants around the equator.
"Of course there is life. Multiple forms of it too."
"Humans and ???"
"Dragons... and Hydra's, though some of the knights don't consider them intelligent, only evil."
"Really?" Raven asked.
"Oh, you look like someone who'd fit right in with the though group... That's what my dad calls them. You other two might do better at the normal dragon sands."
"Then by all means, lead us to this magical place."
"Oh, you'll love Cy, we just got in a few other travellers today. One of them was quite amusing. Mistress they call her know."
"Cerces." Raven said and smiled.
"That's her, do you know her?"
"A little too well, I'm afraid."
"Cy is quite big, if you don't want to be around her you can easily avoid her." the girl said and blinked.
"These dragons?" Liv butted in, "What kind of language do they speak?"
"The language of the mind. They speak telepathically."
"How strange."
"For you maybe, I was born and raised here."
