Eiken Forest

Habitat:
Eiken Forest is a large tropical forest situated close to the equator,
warm and hard to get through. The ground is always covered in shade, every
plant struggling to get high enough to feel the sun and feed of it’s
warmth and light. Seeing as it is situated in low-mountain land, Eiken is
riddled with slopes and valleys crossed with small rivers and
breath-taking waterfalls with fast flowing water that sparkles in the
sunlight as it rushes down to the shady undergrowth.
Life forms:
The Dragons: Camou
Dragons
Appearance: Camou Dragons are moody dragons in dark earth colours
that have been dubbed ‘Tigers of Dragon Tears’ by Oisin. Their entire
body is covered with dark stripes of fur that act as camouflage in the
dark Eiken Forest as well as the spikey hair on their head and neck These
dragons are easy to anger and solitary. They take no orders unless the one
given has proven themselves worthy. Camou dragons are fast on their feet,
with large claws for climbing trees and a strong, short body built for
strength.
Colours: Camouflage, but there have been some odd colours as well.
Temperament: Moody
Special Power: Fade into the background
The Pets: Dragonflies
Dragonflies are small, playful creatures with huge wings for their small
bodies. These wings are partly transparent and very thin, hardly weighing
anything. At night they give out a faint glow that makes them very pretty
to look at. Sweet as dragonflies may be, they aren’t completely harmless,
they can breath fire as their larger cousins and are not afraid to use
their only weapon against people who mean them harm.
