Cohuchi Bay

Watched over by Thio (m) and Water Baja (m)

Habitat:
Cohuchi Bay on Cohuchi Island is a large bay with calm, warm, shallow waters that are ideal for tending sea dragon eggs. The bay is riddled with smaller bays and crescent-shaped beaches that hide wonderful places, some of them only reachable by sea. These are the beaches most favoured by the bay dragons, but even there the lieutenants know how to reach them and are able to bring home the eggs needed for the candidates.

Life forms:

The Dragons: Bay Dragons
Appearance: Bay Dragons are serpentine dragons with a large crest on their heads, waving back to their back and then growing into a smaller crest that runs all the way to their spine. They have large webbed fingers with sharp claws for catching fish and a thick webbed tail for speed. These dragons enjoy nothing more than to race over the bottom of the ocean at break-neck speed while performing daring stunts. For them the sky is the limit, odd as that may sound, but they enjoy jumping out of the sea while doing backflips and the like. You can usually find these dragons in large groups with the elder dragons guarding the young and the adults hunting for food.
Colours: Blues and Greens with sometimes a few other colours.
Temperament: Playful and Freedom-Loving
Special Power: Water Magic

The Pets: Seadrakes (Forienes)
Forienes are small aquatic dragon-type creatures. They aren’t indigenous to Cyatri, but rather they hatched, just like the flitters, too early, before they had grown in the warm coral-rich waters of Cohuchi Bay and thus hatched mini-formed dragons. Forienes, as flitters, aren’t as smart as full grown dragons, but they make that up in cuteness an dependence.
