Description: Stout and darkly-tanned with bright orange hair and neon-green eyes. Ize has an unusual nose, large pointed ears and large canines. She stands taller than most humans and is quite a formidable entity. She is a crack shot and an accomplished hunter.
Personality: Despite her looks, Ize is actually quite shy and reserved. She feels out of place among most humanoid races and often doesn't know how to act around others. She's always been out of the ordinary and has been subject to a lot of prejudice.
Home: Folk Valley, Monastery/Temple
Family: Abandoned and raised by the church.

FLIGHT
Volkyth trailed behind his bond Ize and swished his tailtip from side to side in a show of happiness. Life could not be better. The two of them had passed training with flying colours and were now full-fledged dragonriders.
Volkyth hoped that Ize would become more confident as there were more unusual dragonriders than there were townspeople. Still, he had not seen any that were exactly like her. Some came close in a feature or two, but differed on others.
It was easy for Volkyth to overlook physical appearances. What mattered to him were the way dragons and bipedals acted. Were they trustworthy or not? Did their mindspeak sound nice or was it more like a screech? He could attest that Ize had a very soothing mental voice. If only others could see her like he did.
But then, maybe he would find one. And if they had a female dragoness to his liking, then that would be even better.
