Description: A thin man with a light complexion. Chuck is short compared to other men and looks younger than his actual age which is why he grew a goatee. His dark hair is short and unruly, his nose is traight and his lips are thin. His clear light blue eyes are on the small side.
Personality: Chuck is a big softy. He has been given the command of two missions and has made mistakes on both. He trusts his crew and does right by them but forgets that everyone has a weakness (or a few of them). He doesn't consider their strengths when assigning tasks and this leads to mistakes. He is optimistic, idealistic and submissive.
Short Bio: Chuck grew up in a spaceport and knew from a young age he'd be travelling. Enlisting for the space troops was a logical direction. He never could gain ranks and ended up under Captain Gemzi's command which basically means he's in a dead-end job. Out of the way of those higher up the chain of command.
