KSG!

Part 2: Ryan
Ryan turned around when he felt the hand on his shoulder. With his pale skin and dark hair he was often shunned by people his age... and when people saw his bright smoky white eyes that hardly showed in which direction he was looking they stayed away for sure.
So it wasn't ordinary for a woman as pretty as the one standing in front of him to stop him. He took a more careful look and decided that she needed something from him... her whole body seemed to arch itself for an attack on his little person. Well..; he wasn't exactly little but he almost immediately felt dwarfed by the young woman coming his way.
"What?" he asked.
"That scarf... I wanted to know what you are planning to do with it."
"Give it to my mother."
"Birthday?"
"Yes." Ryan started to look around for an escape loop.
"Is your mother anything like you in looks?" Eyrien asked finding the conversation rather one-sided.
"No."
"A little more explanation please..." Eyrien said irritated, making the please sound a bit longer and sharper than necessary.
"You're not getting this scarf!" Ryan told her firmly, hoping she'd go away.
"But how do you know you've bought the right one for your mother? It would go perfectly with me. Does your mother look like me?"
"Aside the fact that she is prettier? Sure she does." Ryan answered, drawing a minor amount of fun out of the girl's facial expression. Oh just give up... he thought. He wouldn't give her the scarf which wasn't for his mother anyway. He wanted to give it to a girl he knew and admired from afar... it was always from afar with him. Why couldn't he ever be the one to take the risk?
Ryan gently pushed Eyrien aside and started walking. Casually he looked back and cursed under his breath when he saw the woman following him. For a moment he wished he had gotten a greater power from his parents than his small telekinetic powers. But maybe those were enough for this girl. Coming across a small intersection with two bakery stands Ryan tried his best to make a commotion. About a dozen small sandwiches lifted and flew crisscross around the passageway. Ryan didn't have to look to know that at least half of them hit Eyrien on the head.
People rushed toward the young woman, blocking her view and path. Ryan used the opportunity to get away. He ducked past a few stands, changing directions as much as he could and hoped he would disappear. Unfortunately for him he didn't take Eyrien's power in account.
"There you are!" he heard and winced. That evil woman again.
"How did you find me?"
"I know what people think... and what you think about me isn't pretty." She said bitchy. "And now I even know the scarf isn't for your mother. And more so I even know what colour you should buy this girl. Believe me purple is wrong for her."
"And how would you know?"
"Six years of high school as a fashion major might have helped."
"There is no fashion major." Ryan sneered.
"I'm a girl... believe me I know!"
Ryan sighed. He had to admit he didn't really know the girl he had bought the scarf for. But trying to find stuff out about her just felt wrong, like he was a stalker.
"That's better." Eyrien said.
She led him back to the scarf stand and took him through the red and burgundy scarfs. The girl Eyrien had seen in Ryan's eyes, Eriadu, had had brown hair and crimson eyes. A nice colour of red-brown in between the bright and pastel colours. Ryan followed her, head bent and wondering if she was reading him now. He knew it was a power as normal as any, but he suddenly knew why most people didn't like telepaths. Thoughts were private.
