COURT ADOPTABLES

GENERAL INFORMATION
These babies are a full court due to their heritage but they've been edited genetically.
Because of the Opal Court's influence these babies have the genetic memory ability to some extent
but will not pass it on to their offspring unless paired with another dragon who has the same ability.
Though they were gengineered, these babies do feel like they are related and so won't normally chase each other.
However a good reason might trump this (think of them as cousins)

  

1. HANI

 Hani

Age:

 Female
Physical Description:  A tall, dark-skinned woman with long black hair in tiny braids or dreads. Hani always walks to her own rhythm, feeling music in everything around her.
Personality: Hani is as sweet as they come. She has a caring nature and she is used to being part of a large family group where you listen to those that are older and treat them with respect. She likes to play music (of course) but also likes to experiment with desserts.
Short Bio: Hani grew up in a large family and received a traditional upbringing. Though being a musician wasn't what her parents had hoped for her future, they supported her once they saw that she was serious and out in the effort required. Hani got into a decent musical school where she came into contact with dragonriders, leading to her being introduced to the Nexus and her travelling it after she graduated.
Special Powers?:  Musical sense.


BAVULATH

Description:  Size: Small Purple
Gender: Female
Colour: Purple
Pattern: Yellow stripes
Personality: Impulsive, Gullible, a tad Selfish
Powers Amphibious: can live both in and outside of the water. They do need to breathe.
Flight: All court dragons are capable of self-powered flight (from adulthood).
Telepathy: All court dragons are capable of telepathic communication.
Teleportation: Like their ancestors, Court dragons are capable of teleportation
Verbal Speech: All court dragons are capable of verbal speech.
Elements: Island Court dragons are most proficient in Water elemental magic, but can train in other elemental magic.
Enhanced Senses: Island Court dragons have very sensitive tentacles that give them a lot of information about the surrounding area (think jellyfish)

2. NEZREO

 Nezreo

Age:

 Young (equivalent of older teen)

Gender: 

 Other (Non Binary)
Physical Description:  Nezreo is short and slight, with delicate joints and a pale complexion. They have long darker hair and usually a whistful expression on their face. Most notable feature are their gills, an oddity among the Khylarian sea elves. But it does mean they can swim forever.
Personality: Nezreo is used to being on the outside of groups, gatherings, communities. They have always been a bit different, set apart by both their looks and mannerisms. Because of that they have grown cautious and caustic, hiding behind sharp words and refusing people that come close before they can hurt them.
Short Bio: Nezreo grew up on Khylar's underground oceans but didn't have a happy youth. Though his parents tried to integrate them in the groups of children, they never managed and in the end stopped trying as they were making matters worse. Life continued and Nezreo was selected to be part of an expedition (much to everyone's surprise). The group of sea elves ended up on Syl'Neriss and met Aquion who brought all of them to the Court Clutch.
Special Powers?:  Amphibious
Gills, allowing them to breathe underwater for much longer than the other elves

YEULDATH

Description:  Size: Large Green
Gender: Female
Colour: Green
Pattern: Tail has Zebra stripes
Personality: Quiet, Thoughtful, Non-judgemental

3. AMBEL

 Ambel

Age:

 Adult (has quite a few years but many still left to live)

Gender: 

 Other (hermaphrodite, mostly uses the He/Him pronouons)
Physical Description:  Ambel is large and wide in the shoulders. He has grey-green scales that cover his body and a more-brown-coloured chest and abdomen. He has a long tail that sometimes betrays his feelings and finned ears.
Personality: Ambel is like salt, he takes whatever comes his way and makes it better. Augments it to be something to be enjoyed on a higher level. He is pretty much a no-nonsense type of person who's hard to fool. He can hold a grudge when angered but not necessarily so.
Short Bio: Ambel grew up as part of a large reptilian group. Eggs were laid in communal cavern so he never knew who his 'real' parents were. As a child he excelled at physical exercises and ended up working several odd jobs before settling on mercenary/jack-of-all-trades. Ambel can be hired for any job, currently he is at lantessama helping to expand the lving quarters.
Special Powers?:  Amphibious
Solar Battery: when sunning, will be stronger and faster.


ROUENDITH

Description:  Size: Medium Blue
Gender: Male
Colour: Blue
Pattern: Aqua Points and white Lines
Personality: Rambunctious, Fun, Impatient
Powers

4. NALKALOUN

 Nalkaloun

Physical Description:  A slender young woman with a pale blue complexion and long yellow hair. Nalkaloun doesn't have much fat but she also doesn't have much muscle. She is quite weak but she seems larger than she is because of her personality.
Personality: Nalkaloun is a spitfire. She is larger than life, she is in-your-face and generally people will know she's around before they see her. Someone once likened her to opening a jar of fermented fish: pungent. Nalkaloun is over the top in everything she does. She either loves or hates other, there is no middle ground. Her first impressions are final.
Short Bio: Nalkaloun has always loved being in the thrum of things. As a young child she often got into trouble and her parents worried about what would happen. Luckily she managed to stay on the right path and now that she's graduated, she instantly signed up to join an expedition. She is enjoying her time on Lantessama but will definitely be moving on.

Description:  Size: Medium Green

Personality: Mild, Forgiving, Helpful

5. QARSA

 Old (is magically prolonging life)

Gender: 

 Female
Physical Description:  Qarsa is small and has some wrinkles but considering her actual age she actually looks splendid. She has long red-brown hair that she keeps in a braid and she protects her skin by wearing loose-fitting robes and a veiled hat.
Personality: Qarsa has lived a long time and her view on humantiy is pretty bitter. Conflict and strife are never far from human society and her ideals have long since been turned to vinegar. Qarsa knows she is powerful but also knows the bounds of her abilities and there is little she can do to change human nature.
Short Bio: Qarsa was born in a distant past. When exactly is hard to say. It was a time where magic was around and animals were able to talk and teach. Qarsa happened to learn how to prolong her life and she is not yet ready to give up and let nature take it's course.

Personality: Superstitious, Protective, Brave

6. KRYDDERI

 Krydderi

Age:

 Adult (equivalent of early thirties)

Gender: 

 Male
Physical Description:  A rather dark-skinned sea elf with slicked-back dark hair and dark eyes. Krydderi's dark exterior lends him a strict and serious aura and that despite his whimsical finned ears. Krydderi has a lot of muscle and keeps in form by doing a lot of lifting (the sea floor doesn't clean itself of debris).
Personality: Krydderi is pretty passionate and spicy. He never keeps an opinion to himself and is easily angered and frustrated. He tends to jump to conclusions and it's difficult to get him to reconsider. He generally prefers that people do what he tells them to do. Despite his shortcomings, he is dependable and will always strive to do a good job.
Short Bio: Krydderi has a long list of credentials and accomplishments. He has been rewarded and celebrated on several occasions but it's never quite enough. He is the current leader of an exploration party that travelled from Khylar to Syl'Neriss by some stray portal or vortex and they're now quite stuck.
Special Powers?:  Amphibious
Has an affinity for animals (especially the amphibious kind)


HAITINTH

Description:  Size: Small Bronze
Gender: Male
Colour: Bronze
Pattern: Lighter Belly and Stripes
Personality: Daring, Valiant, Lofty
Powers

7. MTS'ARE

 Mts'Are

 Adult (equivalent of late twenties but looks older)

 Male
Physical Description:  A short but sturdy dwarf with long brown hair and beard that has been braided in the proper style. Mts'Are looks older than he actually is and people generally grow quiet around his imposing aura. Maybe it's the sword and shield that's never far from his reach.
Personality: Mts'Are is not really a gentle person. He is stubborn and sour, having seen a lot of fights and battles. There is little that can disturb him and less still that would scare him. And yet, Mts'Are does have a soft spot for children. He usually has some sweets on him though not too many children are brave enough to ask him for it.
Short Bio: Mts'Are was making his way through the battlefield, heading back to his home camp as the battle took a turn for the worse. Wounded, winded and without much hope, some long forgotten power took pity on him and whisked him away, dropping him unceremoniously on Lantessama Isle where he has been waiting to bond.

Personality: Easily Crowded, Pragmatic, Plain

Physical Description:  Iminti is tall and stately, having the grace of the elves. She has light-coloured hair with a few strands of darker blue added in. Her pale-blue eyes seem to be oout of focus a lot, giving her a dazed look.
Personality: Iminti plays it cool. She acts aloof and distant. She has no real friends, just a bunch of acquaintances. She doesn't talk much, preferring to have others do the talking. She's better at observing anyway.
Short Bio: Iminti was bored of her life and signed up to the exploration party in a bout of temporary madness; At least that's what she tells people. In fact she just wanted a change. Being stuck on a different planet was maybe more than she bargained for but at least it won't boring (well, if she can bond a dragon).
