THE BIGINNING
This
story happened a while ago, I was then 23 years old.
My parents were of rather high standing, and were very strickt in my eduation.
If I think back at that time, I get shivers. My parents were of the idea that
there only son had to get married to a wealthy girl. It didn’t matter to them
that I had never seen a girl that I liked, or that I wanted to wait until the
right girl came along. They also thought (without asking) that I would take over
their business.
Now did my parents dicide for me that I should get married after I had made my
pick on an organised festival. My parents had spend a lot of money on it, and at
first, I wanted to run away. But what kind of man would I be if I would run away
from my problems? So I stayed, and I was happy about it. Because there I met my
true love…
~^°°^~
…
“But I don’t want to go mother.” Argun tried to convince his mother.
“I don’t want to hear it! You’ll get married, even if I have to drag you
up the altar!” Shuting up, he went to his room and dressed himself in a classy
suit. He looked downstairs and saw young girls coming up the stairs and into
their house. He lived in a big house. Something like a castle in the old books
that he loved to read. Lots of rooms, that the small family didn’t really use,
2 ballrooms and lots of bathrooms. He sighed and opened the window. Thinking of
climbing down, he saw the most interesting thing. It was a motorcycle, and as
far as he knew, it was a VX 800, a rather hard bike for a girl, but only girls
were invited.. But then again? A girl that drove a bike wasn’t good enough for
his parents. He closed the window, and went downstairs.
Although he had to do the most horrible thing he could emagine, he was qurius
about that girl with the bike. He was hiding/looking towards all the girls that
had gathered for him. He should have been flattered, but how could he be if he
knew that most girls didn't love him for who he was?
It was in one of the corners of the ballroom, where the wall curved so that he
was hidden for spectaters, but that he could see everything, including the girl
dressed in a sky blue dress with matching ribon for her black hair. And when she
got closer, he saw her light blue eyes, matching the dress. He was instantly
lost in those wonderful big eyes that said so much without speaking.
"Hello.. I though I would be the only one here. Sorry. I'll leave.."
She said with a light voice. He could feel that she was something special, and
so much diferent from other girls. he stopped her by grabbing her arm. He wanted
to know more about her.
"Please. I didn't want you to leave. I have to go in a second, but for now,
I would be happy with your company." He said.
He saw her grin, and even that silly grin made his heart jump of joy.
"What's
your name?" she asked him.
"Angun." he said with a sigh. He had forgotten this whole situation
for a moment, forgetting who he was and what he had to do, only this girl
mattered in that time, and he didn't even know her name. But he couldn't ask her
because he was called by his mother as honnored guest. He could see every girls
breast growing when he passed them. He wanted to go back to that girl in the
corner. He hoped she would still be there, but he had to dance with some girls,
and he felt some of them brushing against his body like some cheep slut would
do. Annoyed, he pushed every girl away, and walked to that specific corner. He
was relieved when he saw her. She was thinking deeple so that she hadn't seen
him.
He reached out his hand and asked: "Will you dance
with me kind lady?" When she took his hand, he felt her tremble. When they
were on the dancefloor, he couldn't help but ask her her name.
"I thought you already left." Angun whispered in her ear.
"I never run from life." She whispered back.
"And can I know your name? It's a rather bad manner not to tell."
"Oh... Sorry... My name is Direnga. Nice to meet you."
"Likewhise. I think you're the first girl that didn't knew my name."
"Really? Are you that famouse?"
He laughed. It had been a while since he laughed, really laughed. But this girl
could make that happen. He could feel that he was in a spiral, spinning and
spinning around, and he loved the feeling. Was this love? But then he remembered
that by the end of this night he had to be married.
"What's wrong?" She asked him. So she had noticed that? Even his
mother didn't see it, or she didn't want to see.
"My parents are forcing me to get married to a wealthy girl." he
blurted out. He hadn't ment to do that, but now that he did he was happy.
"Then you have a problem.. I'm not wealthy at all.." She said nutualy.
"That's a big problem.." He gasped.
Angry, she pulled away. "How dear you say something like that!" She
screamed.
"I didn't mean it like that." He said. Why did I say that? I don't
care.. my parents are the ones that care. Am I going to ruin my life because of
my parents? His thoughts were interupted by her next question.
"What did you mean then? That poor girls aren't worthy? Or maybe that I
should have never been here? Well I'll solve that for you!" Grabbing her
skirt, she walked angry outside. He felt cold when she wasn't in his arms. Just
for a moment, he looked at her back. But then his legs started to move, and he
was running. But nearby the door, he was stopped by one of his mothers servants.
A big fellow with lots of muscles that didn't let him through. He wanted to call
her, but she was out of his reach. She stepped on the bike and drove away.
He felt his heart and his dreams shatter when he saw her
slip away from his life. He would find her, he would go after her. He needed
her. And perhaps it was silly because he had only danced for about an hour, but
that didn't matter. Nothing mattered, nothing but the fact of her body against
his.
Angry he went back to the ballroom and called everything off. He went to his
bedroom and slipped in something more comfortable. He looked at the door.
Normally she would be here by now, what was taking so long? Perhaps it was
faith. Now was the time to leave this horrible place and never return.
DESPERATE TIMES TO TRAVEL
Climbing down the plants near his window, he was quick enough
not to be spotted. He ran like a thief in the night to the woods that growed
near his old home.
He walked for miles and miles. He had never known these woods were so large. But
that didn't matter. The only thing that really mattered was that Direnga was
safe.
It was nearly morning when he finally stopped to take a rest. lying down on some
moss, he fell asleep.
~^°°^~
"Angun..." A soft voice whispered. Emidiatly he got
up and looked around. The woods where he had been lying had disolved into mist.
He heard his name again and got up.
"Who is there?" He called. Preparing to get into a fight, he walked
slowly to the voice that was calling him.
he lost his way in the thick mist, but he was enchanted by the voice calling out
to him. What was happening? was he still dreaming?
When he wondered that, the mist disolved and a meadow came under his feet. In
the distance he saw a briliant light. He ran quickly to it, thinking that it
might disapear again.
When he reached it he had to catch his breath. It had been frther than he had
thought it would have been. The meadow had changed into mountains, but it hadn't
felt like that at all. Wondering what was going on, he looked back. he was so
high up that mountain, that he couldn't see the bottom.
"What the ..."
"Don't say such bad words.. My name is Anda."
"Who are you? wht are you?"
"Do you know Direnga asked the same question to me?"
"Did she? Where is she?"
"You've got it bad for her i see." the old woman named Anda smiled at
him. "Don't look so hurt. It's obvious. Now listen carfully Angun..."
She stopped for a second making everything more dramatic. A bit angry, he sat
down when she guistered it to him, started talking:
"You are dreaming, or at least you aren't awake. I'm here to guide you
though this hard time. And believe me it'll be getting hard soon." She
looked at him with her dark brown eyes and went on: "You must go though the
woods, things will try to distract you from your path, Never ever get off your
path!" She warned him. "You will have to find yourself and Direnga for
that matter.. She's in danger. But it won't be you who will save her. You will
have other obligations."
"I'll never leave Direnga!" He said rather angry to the woman. "i
don't know who you are, but I don't care. I'm going to find Direnga and we'll be
happy!" He turned around and walked away.
"Don't say i didn't warn you.." A whisper called to him when he woke
up.
~^°°^~
He streched his cramped muscles and got up. Walking hurt him,
but that would soon be over. Anda had said that Direnga was in danger, and that
made him go on.
He had walked for hours now, and it was getting dark again. But a whisper called
to him. He knew for sure that he was awake, so he stopped and looked around.
"Angun... Come to me.. I need you.." It was Direnga. Happy, he wnted
to go off the path, but then remebered the old woman. Perhaps it ws safer for
him to stay here on the path that was clear for him. But if Direnga was in
danger, she needed help.
Torn by doubt, he saw a person, surrounded by a white light coming to him. It
was Direnga. And for a second he wanted to go to her, but then he hesitated.
This wasn't Direnga. She had been in danger, and this thing was coming on to
him.
He stood there, not moving. The thing called out to him, but he didn't listen.
And when it was close enough, he could see that the pretty image of Direnga was
just a cover for a hidious creature with an ugly green skin. Horrified, he ran
away from it.
And that was only the beginning. He had to do other tests, but in the end, he
got them all right. it was in those test that he started to understand what Anda
had told him. He found himself, how strong he was and what he was capable of.
But he found the truth about the disapearance of Direnga too. His mothers
servant had taken her to the only place where he would never look. A forgotten
place far away from him. He relived his past, presece and a future that he never
wanted to happen.
But he had changed the future by leaving his parents and going after Direnga.
And when he had found that out, the thick mist that had slowend his travells
cleared up, and he walked in the world of the Dragon Tears.
~^°°^~
It was a wonderfull place, untouched by human hands, although
he thought that. It didn't take long before he met one of the habitants of the
world. His name was Ignace, and his ride was a dragon called Tepiek.
It was a wonderfull animal, so much smarter than any human, and he now knew what
the other obligations were. He made sure that Ignace would find Direnga, and he
waited impationatly untill his return.
And when he did return, he had her with him. He picked her off the dragon, he
could see how weak she was, how beaten she was, and how scared. but she still
managed to smile to him.
"Forgive me Direnga, please forgive me." He whispered in her ear. But
she passed out. Taking a ride with tepiek, he got her to Kunmie isle, where the
weird, but oh so talented Fairlight lived. She took care of her, and he stayed
with her, that was untill farilight kicked him out. But when she woke up, he was
there, and the first thing she said to him was: "I forgive you
Angus.." It was a weak whisper, but he couldn't be happier.
And now he was waiting untill one of the eggs would bond with him. He was
looking at Direnga, she wasn't totally recovered, but she was there, looking at
him, and only him..
HATCHING OF KYRON
The thied hatchling, an apple male stayed in the pillows,
looking comfortable and warm, while he looked at the candidates. Finally he
yawned and said: "Angus,
can you scratch my ears? This place is soooo hard to reach."
Angus obliged and saw his new dragon, Kyron, close his eyes in contentment, the
most beautiful sight he had ever seen.
"Aren't you hungry, Kyron?" He asked.
"No... Just sleepy, Maybe later."
Sitting down, Angun pulled the pillows a bit thighter around the young male,
"Stay warm, honey" He whispered.
It had taken Kyron some time before he even tried his new
leggs. Angun helped him as good as he could, and eventually, the drowsy male
dragon streched himself many times before he even thought of really opening his
mind.
But when Kyron got older, the hunger came first, sleep second and flying third.
And between that, he loved to play with Angus and Dirnega, and her dragoness
Jenda.
Later on, Kyron and Angun had been flying in the night, Kyron
loved it so much, Angun gave up his sleep for it. But suddenly, Kyron turned
around, heading back to the mountains.
"Jenda needs me." Was his only explentation, and even Angun feld that
Direnga called for him...
