Ivartian Tribe

When their native home grew too crowded and a second blue dragon was born, it became clear that the Ivartian dragons were ready to set out into the whole of the Nexus. Both adult and juvenile dragons gathered, talked and planned. Some knew instantly which group they'd join, others took longer to decide. In the end Blue Skye was the one who set out on a journey. Aided by off-world teleporting magic, he led a large number of Ivartian dragons to Syl'Neriss who had offered sanctuary. There they waited for a while, adjusting to their new environment.
Several Ivartian dragons found bonds, some taking juveniles with them to start a new colony in yet another world. As they left Syl'Neriss, they broke their connection to Skye and unless they found a way to come visit, Skye would noy know what became of them.
After a few years, their settlement became more stable and it became clear that most of the remaining Ivartian dragons would prefer to stay in the pack. Although, it would not be strange if one or two found a suitable bond later, it didn't seem that any would be leaving soon. And thus the pack took up a permanent residence on the large Meriseng continent, choosing a secluded valley far from the growing IceLander settlements.
The names listed below are the images the dragons use to refer to themselves and not actual names. But they are being used by the local humans as a way of talking about the individuals in the pack.

The juveniles are technically still up for adoption. As with the others, their Nickname is not their final name. Should they find someone to bond to, they will give that bond a new name to use for them and that name will have some significance that will be meaningful for their bond. Want one? Nickname: Spark Gender: Female Colour: White Size: 7' Likes: Sparkles, Stars Personality: This dragon enjoys being the centre of attention. Timid or shy people won't catch her attention. She is definitely the motor that keeps going the extra mile for this pack, pushing her mate beyond what he would normally attempt, while also being the watchful eye to make certain he doesn't overwork himself. Nickname: Snow Gender: Male Likes: Snowflakes, Crystals, Fractals This little dragon has a mind of his own, he's curious and looking for things beyond what he can see. A spiritual companion or healer would suit him.

 

Nickname: Gust Gender: Male Colour: Purple Size: 6' Likes: Speed, Wind Personality: A daredevil who wants someone to test the extremes with. Gust loves betting nearly as much as he loves to feel the wind in his mane. He can get rather rowdy when out and about. Mate: --

 

Nickname: Cosmic Gender: Male Likes: Aurora Borealis Always looking at the horizon, expect this dragon to go far and travel a lot. He's always looking for colours in the sky.

 

Nickname: Zappy Gender: Female Likes: Lightning & Storms Fun-loving, daring and impulsive, this dragoness will land herself into trouble. She might need a guardian angel to watch over her.

 

Nickname: Dignity Gender: Female Colour: Grey Size: 6' Likes: Geodes Personality: Dignity believes that true value resides within, she may be small but she is far from feeble. She is inquisitive, asking a lot of questions and won't mindlessly agree with anyone (not even the pack leader). Mate: --

 

Nickname: Tranquility Gender: Male Colour: Grey Size: 8' Likes: Water Personality: A contemplative dragon, Tranquility keeps his mind and options open. Like his sister, he believes that the true worth of a person resides with in, and tho him this means the depth a person has acquired through the experience of both the bad and the good, luck and misfortune. Nickname: Faun Gender: Male Likes: Fluff and fur This dragon loves animals. He'd like to bond someone who works with animals or has a lot of contact with them.

 

Nickname: Vista Gender: Female Likes: Mountains, Snow Is looking for a cool cavern on a snowy mountain range. Other occupants are optional but it never hurts to have someone nearby.

 

Nickname: Branches Gender: Male Colour: Green Size: 7' Likes: Trees Personality: Preferring the obscurity of the forest over the openness of the mountain peaks, Branches is a quite, secretive dragon. He has heard and seen a lot and is wary of others. Mate: --

 

Nickname: Meadow Gender: Female Colour: Green Size: 6' Likes: Fields Personality: This dragoness thrives when she can lay in a flowery field. She's looking for a nice secluded spot to call her own. Meadow enjoys smelling flowers and frolicking with animals. Mate: --

 

Nickname: Crane Gender: Female Colour: Green Size: 10' Likes: Origami Personality: Crane enjoys to see things get created. She's very inquisitive and might get in the way of the one doing the work. She can often be seen approaching both Lantessama en Gineya to observe both humans and dragons. Mate: Grey Tranquility

 

Nickname: Gourmand Gender: Male Likes: Food. This dragon wants someone who can cook or to reside somewhere where he can have access to good food.

 

Nickname: Paddy Gender: Female Likes: Vegetables This dragoness can be bought for the right vitamin-holding beverage/soup. She would prefer the produce to be homegrown though.

 

Nickname: Libra Gender: Female Likes: Experience and Study This dragon might be a little older but he's got plenty of life left. He needs a mature bond who's interested in research/study.

 

Nickname: Atol Gender: Male Colour: Amber Size: 9' Likes: The Beach Personality: Atol often spends his day away from the pack, lounging on a tropical beach. He is a social dragon and will allow others to share his space as long as they're not too annoying. Mate: --

 

Nickname: Spelunk Gender: Female Colour: Amber Size: 7' Likes: The Underground Personality: Burrows, tunnels, mines,... Spelunk loves to crawl through labyrinthine passages looking for a home with plenty of space to house her hoard. Mate: Amber Dubloon

 

Nickname: Dubloon Gender: Male Colour: Amber Size: 8' Likes: Gold and Coins Personality: This dragon is a collector. He hopes to expand his hoard and he cannot pass up an opportunity to bring him more riches. Motivating Dubloon is easy as long as you have the right incentives. Mate: Amber Spelunk

 

Nickname: Bark Gender: Female Likes: Woodgrain This dragon prefers a strong bond who can hold their own in a barfight. No need for weapons, the only worthy weapon is a fist.

 

Nickname: Propolis Gender: Female Likes: Honey A saccharine sweet female, this dragoness wants someone who is interested in doing good or volunteer work.

 

Nickname: Komik Gender: Male Likes: Jokes This dragon is looking for a wordsmith. Throw on the charm, play with that sarcasm. His bond needs to be able to debate and talk big.
