He is charming and flirts with all woman he comes in contact with, on some days he has even been known to wink at one of the Laedrysses (which one we won't say). | |
| Family | Sovyl has a very very busy
social life. He's a ladies man and enjoys courting women. Sovyl's family still resides on Pern and have had little to do with Sovyl after he left Pern to search his luck in the universe (after all, what fun are goldriders if they keep avoiding you?) |

| Short Bio | Sovyl was searched at the
age of 15 on the Northern hemisphere of Pern. He impressed a beautiful
blue dragon that among other things had an uncanny ability to search
out candidates. Could he have done better? According to him no, but
Sovyl still felt like he was looked down upon in his native Weyr. Instead of relocating on the planet he broke with Pern and left it. Soon after he found his way to Lantessama where it was not uncommon to have the head finder (a greenrider) dine at the same table as the leaders and being looked to as someone of equal importance. Where even a new rider has the opportunity to chat with the Laedrysses if they are quick enough to get the open seats. Sovyl decided to stay and even though his work as a finder has brought him back to Pern several times he has not set foot in his Weyr again. |
