KALE
Tairim flexed her wings and looked at her bond. She knew he knew she was
watching him as thus was their bond. A little of their vision was shared
between them, like a boxed window that she could ignore if she wanted to, but
she was interested in what he was looking at.
Draca. Kale was awfully quiet when it came to the Draca-line girl. Tairim
understood why he was being careful, all of them were, it had become a
strategy of survival... but she still was a fire and her heart and soul cried
out for her bond to smell the burning! He was a male Ira'aheshty, Draca was a
female shifter, the tie between them didn't get much closer.
"What are we getting worked up about?" Kale asked.
"Your business." Tairim replied.
"I think that should be 'None of your business, dear." Kale sighed.
"That's your opinion." Tairim
shrugged and kept conceiling her thoughts as she looked at the back of her
bond.
Kale shrugged too and shoved the whole keeping secrets onto womanhood. He had
always admitted he would never understand them fully. And yet, they were so
