STATS
Name: Gylvar
Sex: Male
Age: 18
Species: Human Mage
Magic: Fire and Water; Gylvar specializes as a healer of mind and body.
His focus is a ring on his right hand, and his mark is a pair of furry grey
ears.
Origin:
Elessad (created by
Digitalis)
Description: Gylvar has
lightly tanned skin and thick black hair that he keeps long. He's
subconscious about his ears and his hair helps keep them hidden. He is
slender in build, with lean muscles that show he's more suited to long
watches than he is for feats of strength. Gylvar tries to maintain his diet
and an exercise regime. A healthy mind houses in a healthy body and both are
needed to help as many people as he can.
Personality: A steady and reliable mage, Gylvar is deeply
compassionate, so it's no wonder he became a healer. He takes his work
seriously and honest and dependable.
History: Gylvar was born in a small village to the mayor and his
wife. Not interested in taking after his father, Gylvar wanted to be a
healer instead, and after training with the local healer, he decided he
could further his abilities by learning magic, so he passed his trial and
enrolled in a school for healing magic. For similar reasons, he decided to
host a dragon, so he could do some good in the world.

"Bring a bucket of water!" Gylvar called toward his
dragon and Coral of Lavender complied.
She often hauled in water, sometimes she went to fetch hands to help and on
rare occasions she assisted. But that was difficult since humans were so
frail. Coral of Sands much preferred the Faermen. Her bond seldomly dealt
with Gryphons so Coral of Lavender was quite neutral in thinking about them.
By the time she returned, someone had got a fire going and Coral of Lavender
placed the bucket above it. Water always needed to be hot. Coral of Lavender
could enjoy a dip in a hotspring, but icy cold mountain water was also nice.
Humans were such frail things. Her own children would be far stronger. And
that thought raised a want inside her. Maybe it was time to contemplate
adding to her line. She would talk to her bond about it.
The human screamed.
She would wait a bit, now was not the time... |
